KTHACK PROJECT

The intermingling of Kατάvη and Hack is the common thread that binds together the four performances, designed for virtual dramaturgies in three-dimensional stage installations, of the Kthack project: Tifeo, De Cinere, Soggiornando Vicino and Non si vive nemmeno una volta. On the one hand, the Etnean territory and the city that sits on its slopes, nine times destroyed and buried under lava: the world's greatest monument to oblivion, removal and continuous rebirth from the ashes of a forgotten memory.

On the other side is the world of new technologies and the search for non-standardized ways of enjoying their experience. The theme that unites them is the nonlinear language of the unconscious, myth, and the deconstruction/destruction/reconstruction of reality.
